I am trying to remember who all was behind the big outcry of building a fence to separate the US from Mexico? It seems like all of the people who were jumping and screaming at President Bush about his plan to build a wall/fence just didn't get it. Could President Bush, "the Worst President Ever" have been right on target with this one?
