OWI Driver Kills Baby

Here we go again with the way that Wisconsin Judges deal with the problem of Drinking and Driving. I feel like a one legged man in an asskicking contest here. Does anybody get this? Is it just me?

WTMJ Story

I am not saying that I have never gone out and had some drinks and drove home, I have. Not the smartest thing that I have ever done, but just being realistic. Most people have. Most people also understand that there are consequences if things go wrong.

I know that if I get pulled over I will get in trouble, if I cause an accident it is my fault.

However, here in Wisconsin it seems I am consistently hearing about drunk drivers getting into accidents and killing people. Most of the time it is not their first time. You wonder how can people continue to do this and not be in jail.

Well here you go, a Fond du Lac woman who drove drunk and caused a crash that killed a baby has been sentenced to six months in jail. Six months in jail!!! You kill someone, a baby none the less, Six Months in Jail. WOW, now that is life changing punishment!!!! I know someone who got caught stealing from their employer and got sentenced to SIX MONTHS IN JAIL!!!!

It wasn't even like Shannon Baierl was just mildly drunk.

Deputies testified at an earlier preliminary hearing that Baierl's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit. - WTMJ

I guess the Judge felt the 15 years of probation would be the real punishment.

MPS Schoolbard member Files Complaint

MPS School board member Tim Petersons has filed an official complaint with the board and wants Hardin reprimanded for the her actions at a taxpayer paid trip to a school security conference in Philadelphia last August.

See WTMJ Story

The MPS board will meet tonight and may consider a vote on censuring Hardin for her actions.

You gotta give it to Tim Petersons for at least having the guts to do something the rest of the board obviously is afraid to do.

PTA Official caught with 13-year-old boy

A New York PTA Mom was allegedly caught behind an elementary in the back seat of an SUV with a 13 year old boy.

Joan Tuckruskye, 44, and the boy were reportedly discovered partially unclothed in the parking lot outside Meadow Elementary School Friday night, according to Nassau County police. She allegedly told officers they were kissing. - FOX NEWS Story

They said that she was arrested then released with no bail. Can someone please explain that to me. If you or I were caught in the parking lot of a local elementary school with a 13 year old in our back seat partially clothed, we would be rotting in jail until trial.

Adolf Hitler is Alive!

Adolf Hitler Campbell, that is. Although he is only 3 years old, man is he making waves. Actually it is his idiot parents that are making the waves. Why in the world would you name your kid Adolf Hitler?

"Heath Campbell said he named his son after Adolf Hitler because he liked the name and because "no one else in the world would have that name." - FOX NEWS Story

Now his parents are complaining because somebody is refusing to make the boy a cake with his name on it. These parents are pretty out there if you ask me.

"
The Campbells' other two children also have unusual names: JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell turns 2 in a few months and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell will be 1 in April." - FOX NEWS

It Pays to retire in Milwaukee County

"Reddin collected a lump-sum "backdrop" payment of $976,499. He also gets monthly retirement checks of $6,070, or nearly $73,000 a year." - JSOnline Story

I guess 35 years should account for something. Deputy District Attorney Jon Reddin sure is set now. Almost a Million Dollar lump sum payout and then $73,000 a year!? That is our hard earned tax dollars at work here in good ole Milwuakee, Wisconsin.

That is pretty good for any family, but hang on, there is more. Not much more, but more.

"His wife, Mary, also retired from the county in October. A manager of the county's court information system, Mary Reddin got a $68,385 backdrop plus $2,263 a month, or about $27,000 a year." - JSONLINe

"Grand total for the Wauwatosa couple: $1.04 million upfront, plus $99,990 a year for life." - JSONLINE

Makes you wonder why our taxes are so high?

Blaming Bush

For the last few years, all I hear is that everything is Bush's fault.

The Economy is Bush's fault, the Iraq war is Bush's fault, everything seems to be Bush's fault.

Lets start off with the Iraq War. How many people out there think that the Iraq War was a bad idea? Why was it a bad idea? Was it a bad idea because there was no Weapons of Mass Destruction? I personally don't think it was a bad idea. I think that it was mishandled in the beginning, but I think it was the right thing to do. I don't care if there was or wasn't weapons of mass destruction. Here was a tyrant, killing his own people. He was ignoring UN Resolutions that were put into place to get him to prove that he wasn't creating any weapons of mass destruction. He ignored them and for the longest time the World did nothing. We need to show that there are consequences to your actions. If the UN is just all words, why in the world would anyone care. You have to put action behind those words. The War wasn't Bush's fault, it was Saddam's fault.

Everyone says Bush lied about the weapons. Seriously, you think that every Intelligence agency around the world just went off of what Bush told them. I highly doubt that, there was entirely too many other Countries that agreed to the War for anyone to think that this was all a figment of one mans imagination. There was evidence and Saddam refuse to follow the UN Resolutions so that it could be refuted, not Bush's fault.

Now lets figure out this economy thing. I know that Bush was completely responsible for the banks mismanagement. Some 3-4 years ago he called for more oversight on them and Congress ignored it. That is Bush's fault, he should have kicked, screamed, yelled, started a war with Canada, something.

It is said that the President of the US is the most powerful position in the world. Low and behold it sure as hell must be. Bush has single handedly ruined not only all of the American Financial Institutions, mismanaged the Big 3 Automakers, but he has also collapsed the economy in Countries around the world. WOW, now that is power.

Oh, and by the way, don't forget that he caused Hurricane Katrina, remember that was his fault as well.

More and More SNOW!!!

Here we go. First of all, what a wonderful weekend, highs in the 40's. Then what the !@#$ happened. I woke up and could not believe how cold it was. Now the snow is on it's way.

4-5 inches tonight and then again on Thursday a possibility of 6-10 inches. Come on!!!

Enough is enough. Winter is just getting going.
