Man faces 11th DUI
This all comes down to the Judges that we have in our Court System. We continue to put these people in their jobs, and turn a blind eye when we can remove them. After the last few years of seeing the headlines of people being killed by Drivers that are drunk and/or impaired. Then finding out they have multiple arrests for the same thing.
Isn't it time that we hold these people accountable. One of these days it will happen to you.
ABC News wants Palin's Medical Records
Kate Snow of ABC News has a story that is another one of those comedies I can't seem to get enough of. - Story
First she complains that we are in Day 11 of waiting for VP Nominee Sarah Palin to release her Medical Records. She is quoted as saying that Palin is the only Candidate not to release them.
Obama is yet to release his full Records as well, Medical, School Transcripts, Birth Certificate, anything. The Obama Campaign has refused to release any of Obama's Records, and only select records for Biden. Yet this reporter chooses to stand on the Mountain Tops Crying over Medical Records. She claims, "Maybe they have something to hide." I've been saying that all along about Obama.
Obama Claims He didn't know about Aunt?
"We were unaware of her status until this morning," Agro said. Spokeperson for Obama.
I don't know, but it seems like a Man who doesn't even know the status of his own family would have a hard time handling a whole country. Story
David Axelrod, the senior campaign strategist for Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., today suggested there was something fishy about the story of Obama's long lost half-Aunt living in the U.S. illegally breaking now - ABC News
People, when you try to hide everything about your Candidate, it is news when this stuff is finally found. Come clean in the beginning and you don't have to worry about it when it does come out.
Obama's Aunt an Illegal?
As the days continue to click away, more and more skeletons are coming out of the Obama closet. The polls continue to show the race tightening up, will these issues that keep popping up derail the Obama Train?

Obama punishes Reporters
This is the guy who claims that as the President he will unite the country. His campaign has shown anything other than that. He removed all of these reporters because their papers endorsed McCain.
This is the same guy who sent lawyers to dig up dirt on Palin, attacked Joe the Plumber, pulled all interviews from a TV Station in Florida due to tough questions, sued reporters who tried to dig into his background.
This may be another massive blunder by the Obama Team.

Polls, Can someone explain it?
Ok, here we go. How in the world does this poll have Obama up by 11 points? Every other poll has it drastically closer. Fox News at 3, Rasmussen 5, Gallup 5, IBP/TIPP 4, GWU 3.
How in the world can any of this make sense?
Ken Macha Brewers Manager
Sources have said the Brewers will name Ken Macha as the new Brewers Manager this afternoon.
In four seasons in Oakland, Macha directed the Athletics to a 368-280 record (.568) and two American League West division titles. - 620 WTMJ
Sick Leave Referendum
On election day here in Milwaukee voters will cast a vote concerning the Sick Leave Referendum. This will force employers to provide mandatory sick days. On top of the proposed increase in sales tax, and the 14.6% increase in property taxes the leaders must be doing everything possible to drive business out of Milwaukee.
I am not sure what these idiots are thinking. Raising the Property Tax, increasing the sales tax, and now create mandatory paid sick leave. OK as a business owner why would I not immediately pick up and move? The only people you are requiring to pay the added sales tax is the poor people who don't have the means to travel across the lines to pay the cheaper taxes. The businesses aren't going to be staying long. I heard several small business owners who said if it passes that is fine by them, they are going to take away the paid holidays they now give and switch those over to the mandatory sick days.
Nice Job Milwaukee, it won't be long before this town dries up and blows away.
Obama Relatives found in Boston
This is a sad statement for not only him, but the US in general. I only have a couple of questions, why hasn't he done more to help his own family? He is bent on helping everyone in America, but he doesn't help his own family?
The second question is the one that has been getting to me for months, how come everyone within his family repeats that until after the election they are not allowed to talk? They keep saying that after the election they are allowed to talk, but not until then? What is that all about? SEE STORY

Obama in Prime Time - Fact Check
Fox News Story
Without question, the Barack Obama infomercial served as a very slick and powerful recitation of the biggest promises he's made as a presidential candidate. But the very bigness of his ideas is the problem: he seems blind to the concept his numbers don't add up - CBS News
CBS News Story
This is on ongoing problem in politics, what you want to hear, but not necessarily the truth. Will these 30 min. infomercials seal the deal for Obama?
McCain still in Race
Obama has outspent McCain 2-1, yet McCain continues to be right in the race.
The Media has covered practically everything wrong with McCain and has given Obama a pass on pretty much everything.
I know you may think, I sound like I'm whining. I'm not, just stating the facts. The media covered repeatedly that VP Nominee Palin was wearing clothes that cost $150,000, not just one day, but an entire week. Did they cover the fact that Obama not only befriended Ayres, but also the video of the PLO spokesmen? Nope no coverage, not even a mention. They went after Palin to embarass her and attack her, but did nothing to Biden, except for the interview in Florida and then everyone said the interviewer was out of line. How about the hords of Lawyers and Media that went digging on Palin and even Joe the Plumber. Yet we can't even get the transcripts of Obama's Schooling, let alone his birth certificate. Back to the $150,000 clothes that the RNC supposedly purchased, how about the Millions in illegal funds that Obama has taken in. No mention.
Not whining about it, but it is just Damned amazing that through all of it, McCain is still in the race. Makes you wonder, if it was a fair race, with the media reporting the news and not supporting either side, where would this race be then?
Either way it is going to be an exciting day next Tuesday. If McCain wins I will be very happy, if Obama wins, I will count the days before people start saying "if I would have known that about him I wouldn't have voted for him." It will happen!!!

Former Alderman McGhee Sentenced to 78 Months
Finally justice has been served. This man was and still remains a bad part of the Milwaukee Government. The sad part is that there are many more just like him that remain in the City, County, State, and Federal Government.
Hopefully.....They will get them too.
What's wrong with Palin?
I personally really like the lady. I think that she brings a fresh look to an old landscape. She hasn't been tied to all the in crowd there in DC. She isn't your finely polished politician. She speaks her mind and pulls no punches.
She might not be all informed about the ins and outs of all the policies and the workings of DC, is that really a bad thing? I look forward to seeing her, she is a fresh face, a family Woman. She is a mom and a wife. I think that people don't like her just because she isn't a politician. I like her because she is not.
Obama Camp blames Fox News
I heard the tape played on a local radio station, and I didn't seem to find it a "fake news controversy". Quite honestly I found it to say exactly what I have been hearing from Obama. He has said on many occasions that he believes that the Government needs to raise the taxes on the top 5% of Americans and give opportunity to the other 95%. We can argue as to whether or not he is taxing only the top 5% later. Read between the lines. If you are increasing the taxes on the top 5% and giving tax credits to the other 95% that is, and I quote Obama, "Spreading the wealth around." No matter how you phrase it, you are redistributing the wealth, you are taking money from someone and giving it to someone else.
This radio interview in 2001 essentially says the same thing. I posted that interview in an earlier post. listen
Now, for the tax issue. I am not sure how you can say that you are cutting the taxes on 95% of the people when you first plan to roll back the Bush Tax Cuts. Those tax cuts applied to more than just 5% of the American Population. So those peoples taxes would increase. I make far less than $250,000 a year and my taxes would go up. Obama's campaign says they are not raising those taxes, they are eliminated a tax cut not raising the taxes. hmmm. They also want to raise the Capital Gains tax, 33% of all Americans have money that would fall into this bracket. If you raise the Capital Gains tax aren't you in essence then raising the taxes on 33% of the population? Far more than the 5% you claim.
Listen to the tape. I believe you can make up your own mind about whether Obama truly believes in spreading the wealth around or not.

Milwaukee County Board wants to raise Sales Tax 1%
The Milwaukee County Board wants to raise the sales tax by 1%. Their reasoning is that they want to relieve the burden on our property taxes. Are you kidding me?! If that truly is the case, why isn't there a Property Tax Cut out there as well? I would support it if there was.
But since there isn't lets look at this a little closer. Now remember I am not a politician, therefore I am not an expert at this at all. This sounds alot like the Obama Plan. Raise the taxes so they can pay for more things. This will raise approximately $63 million, they say. OK, we can count on $63 million in property tax relief? oops, i forgot. Anyway, if you raise the sales tax, what is to stop the consumers from going out of the country, I mean county to shop? Things will inevitably be cheaper by at least 1%. If that happens, won't that make Milwaukee less attractive to business? If I am looking to put in a business, won't it be more attractive to go to a surrounding county?
In a time when the economy is down, we already live in a tax hell here in Wisconsin let alone around Milwaukee, what are they doing?

Bush's Failed Economic Policies
As I look through the reports I notice that when Bush took office we were in the midst of a recession. That recession was left for him by Clinton. Unemployment was way up and things didn't look good.
Since 2003 the recession was over and the Stock Market has seen unprecedented increases. Increases that benefited everyone. Unemployment has steadily declined until just recently. Also, the real mean income has increased across the board.
I haven't agreed with all of the policies of the Bush Administration, but to say they failed shows a lack of understanding. Could they have been better? Absolutely. To go through 9/11, Afghanistan, Iraq, and the cost of crude, I think that I can honestly say that the last 8 years haven't been to bad for me.
I have said it before and I will continue to say it!!!! The economic mess we are seeing can not be blamed on Bush! There is plenty of blame to go all around. Bush called out Congress to address the problem years ago, they did nothing. Not the Republicans and not the Democrats.
CBS News/Washington Post article shows what many people already knew. Each year things get more and more tense between the two parties. More divisive. As this continues it is not long before there will be severe civil unrest.
The Democrats won't go along with any idea that is brought about by a Republican, likewise for the Republicans. You have had the get out the vote thing going for several years, but nothing like what we are seeing over the past few elections. It isn't about getting the information out any longer, it is about just getting people to vote.
As this becomes more and more divisive, people are beginning to protect themselves. The economy is going down, jobs are being lost, retirements are disappearing, and people are scared. You have a Democratic Nominee who wants the Government to provide for everything, Republican Nominee that says work hard and you will be rewarded. It is two chains of thought that have the American People picking sides.
Is it any wonder that as people are losing money and times are getting hard, that gun sales are up 8-10%? Common wisdom tells you that with an Obama Presidency and Democratic Congress that the days of Gun ownership may be numbered.

Voter Fraud in Wisconsin
"Investigators said Tuesday they found clear evidence of fraud in the Nov. 2 election in Milwaukee, including more than 200 cases of felons voting illegally and more than 100 people who voted twice, used fake names or false addresses or voted in the name of a dead person." - JS Online
So you can bet that we can get out there and prosecute these people.
"Nonetheless, it is likely that many - perhaps most - of those who committed fraud won't face prosecution because city records are so sloppy that it will be difficult to establish cases that will stand up in court." - JS Online
Yet when the AG of Wisconsin took the Wisconsin Government in charge of elections to court, the Judge didn't see an issue. HELLO!!!!
"And even now, three months after the investigation, officials have not been able to close a gap of 7,000 votes, with more ballots cast than voters listed. Officials said the gap remains at 4,609."
I can't wait to see how well this election will go. ACORN was here for this election so I can imagine those numbers to drastically increase.
"could breathe new life into the Republican-backed photo ID debate, which did not survive a veto from Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle" - JS Online
"The federal-local investigation was launched Jan. 26, a day after the Journal Sentinel reported that some 1,200 votes in the November election came from invalid addresses. Among other findings, some 1,300 same-day registration cards were processed by poll workers who allowed people to vote even though the cards were incomplete. Some 548 had no address listed and 48 gave no name - yet the person was allowed to vote. Another 141 listed addresses outside the city" - JS Online
Let's see what happens this time.
Questions Concerning Obama's Small Donors
Not surprising with the huge dollars that the campaign has raised and spent, that there are questions concerning the legality of some of that money raised.
The Campaign reports they have received over $450 Million in contributions with a vast majority of that coming from donors who donated $200 or less. These small donations are key, as by law they do not have to be reported. However, research has revealed that several of these donors have donated more than what is legal. "Doodad Pro" of New York donated $17,130 in small increments, "Goodwill" of Austin has given $11,000. Both of these are illegal. They both far exceed the $2300 max for individual donations.
Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt said the campaign has no idea who the individuals are and has returned all the donations...
This summer, watchdog groups asked both campaigns to share more information about its small donors. The McCain campaign agreed; the Obama campaign did not. "They could've done themselves a service" by heeding the suggestions, said Massie Ritsch of the Center for Responsive Politics.
The questions continue to linger, Why won't they share the information? What are they hiding? When the information does become available and if there are illegal activities found, what do you do? Especially if they have won the election?
