Jon Gruden Fired as Bucs Coach

In a stunning development that no one in the NFL expected, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers fired Super Bowl-winning coach Jon Gruden late Friday afternoon. And in what could be even more of shock, the Bucs plan to replace Gruden with Raheem Morris, who has never been anything more than a position coach in any of his six seasons in the league, SI.com learned Friday night. - Sports Illustrated

This guy will get snatched up fairly quickly by someone. He is way to good of a coach to sit idle unless he wants to.

It seems amazing that they would replace him with Raheem Morris? The Bucs were 9-3 and lost four straight to miss the playoffs. Most of that was due to the a defensive collapse and was under Defensive Coordinator Raheem Morris. He replace Monte Kiffen for the last month of the season.

Racine Committe to decide on Mayors Removal

Racine's executive committee will hold a special meeting on Tuesday to talk about whether to try to remove Mayor Gary Becker from office. - WISN Story

After reading the complaint against him, I think he would be hard pressed to find any support of keeping him in office.

Wisconsin Man Threatens Obama

Authorities on Friday arrested a former Lake Geneva, Wisconsin Man on suspicion of threatening to kill President-elect Barack Obama based on statements he posted on a website about UFOs and aliens, according to Federal Authorities.

Steven Joseph Christopher, in postings on the website www.alien-earth.org, allegedly said he planned to assassinate Obama in Washington "as a sacrificial lamb.” - WTMJ Story

Obama thinks Bush is a "Good Guy"

Asked if there was anything he wanted to take back, now that he has spent more time with the president, Obama praised Bush's team for helping with a smooth transition and said part of what America is about is being able to have "disagreements politically and yet treat each other civilly."

Obama also said he thought Bush made "the best decisions that he could at times under some very difficult circumstances." - CNN

I'll bet that has some people rolling their eyes! It is easy to criticize when you don't know the truth.

Germantown Walmart Reopens

The Walmart on Appleton Avenue in Germantown reopened Friday afternoon more than 24 hours after some kinds of chemical made people there sick. 47 people had to go to the hospital after the chemical release.

Police have said they consider the store to be a crime scene. They have sent the chemical to a lab for tests. Police say it's not clear if someone intentionally released the chemical or if it was released as the result of some kind of mechanical failure.

The FBI and ATF are assisting in the investigation. - WTMJ Story

Bailouts Not Working

As we’ve seen from the precipitous decline in Citigroup (C: 3.52, -2.062, -36.94%), after Citi got about $50 billion worth of TARP money, TARP loans don’t seem to be doing much, except wasting more tax dollars more quickly than any government boondoggle in history. - FOX Business

As for TARP loans to the auto companies, UAW president Ron Gettelfinger said that he hasn’t talked to one Treasury official about whether GM or Chrysler are coming up with viable plans to use tax dollars wisely. Here’s what he told The Wall Street Journal: “We have no documents, no contact with the federal government.” - FOX Business

Of course, inside the Beltway, politicians are singing praises of TARP, saying that things would have been much worse without it. But outside the Wonderland of Beltway make-believe, it’s time to get honest about TARP. It’s not working. Citi’s getting worse, despite TARP money. General Motors (GM: 3.92, 0.05, 1.29%) doesn’t seem to be doing anything different with TARP money. So let’s shut TARP down…before we waste another dime. - FOX Business

It is amazing that people just don't get it. Ford took it in the rear with the auto bailout. Telling the Government that they had enough money to last short term, while Chrysler and GM got Billions and then ran out and have started back with the 0% interest and Employee pricing cutting into Ford. Sometimes you just have to let the weak fail and the strong survive.

Instead, our great leaders are going to throw another $350 Billion at it and are working on more than $1 Trillion more.

Democrat Underground shows true colors

I like to read the points of view on things from all sides. I went to the Democrat Underground Website and about fell out of my chair laughing. It is just amazing that they publish this on their website! Oh my!

I can't post it here, but follow the link if you dare. Please be careful it is pretty graphic!!!!

Here's one for the Bush Haters

A legacy of President George W. Bush will be that he saved 10 million lives around the world.

His critics ignore it, but name another president about whom one can say that with such certainty. It is what historians will say a decade from now looking back. Not bad for a president who leaves office with the lowest approval rating in recent memory. - CNN Story

I was in the first row in the House chamber when three quarters through his State of the Union address, the president boldly said: "I ask the Congress to commit $15 billion over the next five years ... to turn the tide against AIDS in the most afflicted nations of Africa and the Caribbean" and "lead the world in sparing innocent people from a plague of nature."

And lead the world we did. No president in history had made such a commitment against a single disease. Those words and the action that followed meant that instead of another 30 million people dying from HIV infections, maybe just another 20 million will. - CNN

In my annual medical mission trips to Africa during the Bush administration, I saw the cost of treatment for HIV with life-saving antiretrovirals (ARVs) drop from $4,000 a year to $125. The number of Africans on ARVs jumped from 50,000 to 2.1 million. - CNN

And it was more than HIV. Six months ago, Tom Daschle, Mike Huckabee, John Podesta, Cindy McCain and I (yes, we five of different persuasions do work together!) went to Rwanda on a fact-finding trip.

Our visits with villagers all over the country opened our eyes to how Bush's five-year, $1.2 billion effort to combat malaria has provided 4 million insecticide-treated bed nets and 7 million life-saving drug therapies to vulnerable people. Yes, George Bush the healer. - CNN

Before Bush acted, the nation's 43 million seniors did not have affordable access to prescription drugs (the most powerful tool a doctor has to prevent and treat disease) through the Medicare

program. Today, because of George Bush, they do.

Initially, conservatives howled because the prescription drug initiative "cost too much." Liberals hated it because it involved the markets and competition. But today, 23 million seniors live healthier lives, Medicare drug spending has been 20 percent to 30 percent less than predicted for each of the past two years and seniors overwhelmingly give the program enthusiastic reviews. - CNN

Over time, however, it is the foundations he laid for healing. for the most part ignored by mainstream media, that I am confident will be his enduring legacy. - CNN

President Bush Farewell

Say Goodbye to Circuit City

Circuit City (CC) has reached a deal to be fully liquidated after failing to find a buyer or a refinancing deal.

The electronics retailer reached an agreement with liquidators to sell the merchandise in its 567 domestic stores. - FOX Business News Story

Now that leaves one big Electronics Giant out there in Best Buy. I personally liked shopping Circuit City, but I think it was more because it wasn't that crowded and it was so much easier to shop. I will miss not having a choice, and I hope that Best Buy doesn't start raising it's prices becuase of the lack of competition.

Boy George off to Jail

Boy George has been sentenced to 15 Months in Jail in Britain. The sentence came after he was found guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort. - FOX News is reporting

Wow what a shocker!!! OK not really.

Another Walmart Evacuated

For the second consecutive day, a Walmart store in Washington County had to be evacuated.

This one happened at the Walmart on the 1500 block of Paradise Drive in West Bend, which has since been reopened.

West Bend Police says they have not determined the cause of this incident.

A Walmart spokesperson said that the incident in West Bend had to do with an issue involving a sewer, and has no relation to an incident in Germantown Thursday which the FBI is investigating as a crime scene.

So far, there are no reports of anyone who has had to go to the hospital with any severe sickness. - WTMJ Story

Poll Shows Spending Moving Country in Wrong Direction

People may be optimistic that Obama is the answer to solve the World's problems, Polls show that he may be headed for a short honeymoon.

In a speech last week President-elect Barack Obama said "only government" can provide the short-term boost necessary to lift the country out of the current recession. The poll finds many Americans disagree. Voters are more than twice as likely to say the most effective way to help the economy out of recession is spending by individuals and businesses (52 percent) rather than government spending (19 percent). - FOX News

A FOX News poll released Thursday shows large majorities of Democrats (78 percent), Republicans (82 percent) and independents (80 percent) think debt is ruining the economy.

In addition, 50 percent of the public says the stimulus packages and government aid to major corporations makes it feel like the country is drifting toward socialism; although a sizable 37 percent minority disagrees. Republicans (70 percent) are significantly more likely than Democrats (34 percent) to say it feels the country is moving toward socialism. Among independents, 53 percent agree. - FOX News

If you want to recover the Economy Fast, then here it is. Instead of spending the Trillions of dollars on companies that have failed, why not spend that money where you are going to get the biggest bang for your buck.

Take all of that money and pay off the Credit Card Debt that Americans have gotten themselves into. Go to the Credit Companies and tell them, they are not going to get the 20%+ and the Government pays off all of that debt. They then pass laws to restrict the way Credit Card Companies work.

Then the Government would open up more money for spending by the people than they invested into the bailout of the American People. With People not being stuck with all that debt, they will be spending more from the bottom up. Which is what Obama said during the campaign. You would quickly see a turn around of the Economy and Hell he could even raise some of the taxes to help offset the debt.

Liberals Celebrate President Bush Leaving

This president let this country go to hell in a hand basket as he spent billions to wage wars, while this country fell apart. Infrastructure in need of repair? Will he repair it? Nope, not going to happen. Millions without health care? Will he deliver his fellow Americans the health care they have a right to? Nope, not going to happen. People paying through the nose for gasoline to fuel their cars. Regulation of oil prices? No, not going to happen. He was after all an oil man. Proud bread-winners finding it hard to feed their families. Aid to these people? Nope, not going to happen. Schools crumbling before our very eyes. Aid to rebuild them? Nope, not going to happen. The list is endless of what he failed to address and fix, only to fill the coffers of Halliburton, Bechtel and KBR. The American people be damned. -OpEdNews

I just have to laugh at the stupidity of some people. This rant was from a Liberal writer in an article of Good Riddance to President Bush.

It seems that they want to blame everything on the President. They seem to forget that it is Congress that passes the laws. It is the Congress who is responsible for spending, laws, regulations, and oh yea Health Care.

Congress has as much to blame as the President if not more. But, as the old saying goes, "Whatever makes you sleep better."

In 4 years I am sure that you can find this same ridiculous blabbing from the Conservative Writers, but for now it is the Liberal writers. By the way, I just want to go on record as saying that rant is the most moronic I have read so far this year.

FBI Investigating Odor at Walmart

FBI and ATF agents are now investigating the source of fumes released in the Wal Mart along Appleton Avenue in Germantown Thursday afternoon. 47 people were treated in area hospitals. - WTMJ Story

Police have found a substance on the floor. Hoell says they have an idea what it is, but prefer not to release that information. - WTMJ

Hazmat crews and ATF are on the scene trying to figure out what was released into the air. They don't want to ventilate the building, because they don't want to release the substance into the air. - WTMJ

Germantown police Chief Peter Hoell said he is considering it a crime scene because they don't know what the ordor was or where it came from. They don't know if whatever happened was deliberate or not. - WISN

Pilot Created a Miracle

With both engines out, a cool-headed pilot maneuvered his crowded jetliner over New York City and ditched it in the frigid Hudson River on Thursday, and all 155 on board were pulled to safety as the plane slowly sank. It was, the governor said, "a miracle on the Hudson." One victim suffered two broken legs, a paramedic said, but there were no other reports of serious injuries. - MSN Story

"He was phenomenal," passenger Joe Hart said. "He landed it — I tell you what — the impact wasn't a whole lot more than a rear-end (collision). It threw you into the seat ahead of you.

"Both engines cut out and he actually floated it into the river," he added. - MSN

I am just amazed at what could have very easily been a tragedy of huge proportions for the 155 people on board and their friends and family. It is just amazing to hear the great stories.

I want to keep all of these great stories in mind for down the road when the lawyers start getting involved and people start trying to turn the event into a huge payday.

Washington Court Rules Sex with 18 Year Old Student Legal

A three-judge panel of the Washington Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered the dismissal of a case brought against Matthew Hirschfelder, a former choir teacher at Hoquiam High School who was accused of having a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old student in 2006, when he was 33.

Hirschfelder, who resigned in 2007, denied the relationship. But his lawyer challenged the charge against him, first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, arguing that an 18-year-old is not a minor. The Court of Appeals heard the case after a lower-court judge refused to dismiss it.

With Tuesday's ruling, the appeals court unanimously agreed that the state law banning sex between teachers and students is "ambiguous," because 18-year-old students are not legally minors. The appeals court reversed the lower court's ruling and ordered it to dismiss the charges. - FOX News Story

Senate Gives Obama $350 Billion

The vote averts a politically awkward showdown between Obama and Democratic leaders in Congress. Obama had warned that he would have vetoed legislation blocking access to the second half of the $700 billion financial rescue funds known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP. - FOX News Story

"At first glance, it appears that my Democratic colleagues think they can borrow and spend their way back to prosperity with a half-trillion dollars of new spending and less tax relief than President-elect Obama has been talking about," said Republican Rep. John Boehner of Ohio, the party's leader in the House.
- FOX News

Spend spend spend. That appears to be the plan to get the economy moving. What do we do when the economy starts moving and the Federal Government is Bankrupt? Who gives them a bailout? You can bet much higher taxes on the horizon for all of us. There is absolutely no possible way to continue this spending and the planned spending that is being announced daily, and not substantially raise taxes on all Americans. At the rate we are spending, I don't see a sustainable recovery in our future. Cut spending, lower taxes, let the companies fail that have made poor business decisions, and let the market correct itself. Quit trying to manipulate everything with money that we do not have!!!!

Bush Personally Wrote to every Family of Fallen Soldier

The Times notes that people familiar with Bush's routine say he has written letters personally to every one of the families of the more than 4,000 troops who have died in Afghanistan and Iraq. The task has taken a toll, and Bush has relied on his wife, Laura, for emotional support, he said. - FOX News

Regardless of what you might think of his decision to go to war, you would be hard pressed to find another President who cared more about the Men & Women of the United States Armed Forces.

Racine Mayor Charged with 6 Felonies

The Racine County District Attorney's Office has charged Racine Mayor Gary Becker with six felonies, including second degree sexual assault of a child, child enticement, and possession of child pornography. He also faces charges of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, exposing a child to harmful material, and misconduct in public office.

If convicted on all charges, he faces as many as 83 years in prison.

According to a criminal complaint, computer technician contacted authorities after finding "approximately six pornographic images depicting nude females [who] appeared young, possibly under the age of 18 years" on Becker's personal computer.

State Department of Criminal Investigation agents seized that and another of Becker's personal computers, on which they found "over 1,800 online chats," many of which "included sexually explicit comments, incolving adults and...juveniles.... The chats with juvenile females were for the purpose of sexual activity." - WTMJ Story

If history is any indicator, this is one of those things where in the end he will get a few years and a slap on the wrist. I hope not, but it seems that it always looks so bad in the beginning, then in the end it is diminished by the courts.

Illegal to leave Car Idle in Milwaukee

Keeping your car running with the keys in it, if you're not in the car, will cost you $20 in Milwaukee if you do it on a public street. - WTMJ Story

Last year WTMJ Reports that the Milwaukee Police issued 111 citations for people leaving their cars running with the keys in them on public streets. My guess is that they could have given out more than that just this morning.

I don't understand what the ordinance is for? The only thing I can think of is to cut down on theft, Big Brother protecting us from ourselves.

Obama Embarassed but Defends Geithner

The president-elect, asked about the situation on Wednesday, said, "Look is this an embarrassment for him? Yes. He said so himself. But it was an innocent mistake. It is a mistake that is commonly made for people who are working internationally or for international institutions. It has been corrected. He paid the penalties." - FOX News

You have to question how innocent the mistake was. He went back and paid the back taxes and penalties only after being nominated. Did he know he owed them and had to clear it up?

In 2006, the Internal Revenue Service audited Geithner for tax years 2003 and 2004, and he paid $16,732 for the taxes and interest for those years, the statement said. After Obama nominated him for treasury secretary, Geithner voluntarily amended his taxes for 2001 and 2002, paying $25,970 for those taxes and interest, the committee said. - CNN

He voluntarily amended his taxes for 2001 and 2002 after Obama nominated him!? Why didn't he do it prior? He must have known there was a problem.

"He's dedicated his career to our country and served with honor, intelligence and distinction. That service should not be tarnished by honest mistakes, which, upon learning of them, he quickly addressed." - CNN

The question will come up, as the man who will have the IRS under him, how many people who make HONEST MISTAKES with there taxes will get a pass? None! Would be my guess.

Nancy Pelosi Readys new Stimulus Package

After weeks of talks with President-elect Barack Obama's top aides, House Democrats on Thursday released an expansive economic recovery plan that calls for $550 billion in spending and aid to states and $275 billion in tax cuts.

In a press conference, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., again expressed confidence that Congress would reach the mid-February deadline for getting a bill to Obama's desk.

But, she noted, "this [package] is just the first step." - CNN Story

Here comes the next big spending of $825 Billion Stimulus package that will work it's way through the halls of Washington. So far all of this spending doesn't appear to have had any effect on the economy. I wonder how far into debt we are willing to go?

Virgin Auction Update now over $5 Million

More and ten thousand men are bidding for the prize of a night of passion with Natalie. Miss Dylan first offers came in at more than $350,000 but now bids have reached more than five and a half million dollars.

Apparently, an anonymous 39-year old Australian businessman is now the highest bidder. - Digital Journal Story

This is crazy! You know the way this auction is going it will not be long before there will be hundreds and thousands of auctions going up at any moment.

Natalie said she is prepared to undergo a medical hymen examination to prove her chastity and has already passed two lie detector tests. - Mail Online

She told the New York Post that the highest cash bid in the auction had come with the condition the act be recorded on video.

"I'm still getting offers, but I'm not necessarily taking the highest bidder," said Dylan, adding that she had received attention from a wide range of men, including "weirdos", "those who get really graphically sexual about what they want to do to me" and "lots of polite requests from rich businessmen". - Times of India

Isn't an auction about taking the highest bidder. If you aren't going to take the highest bidder is it a legal auction? Watch this, this has the makings of a high profile legal battle for her virginity.

Senate set to Block Bailout Funds

A Senate fight looms Thursday over President-elect Barack Obama's attempt to secure the second half of the $700 billion financial rescue package.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., announced Wednesday night that the Senate would vote on a resolution that seeks to block the release of $350 billion. - CNNMoney Story

It is about time that they start monitoring what the heck they are doing with all of this money. With all of the bailouts and Stimulus packages they have thrown away at least a Trillion Dollars. At a Trillion Dollars, that is nearly $8,000 for every person that voted in the last election. If they go through with the next rounds of Stimulus, another Trillion Dollars, that would be $16,000 for every voter. I know that if they would give each and every person that voted $16,000 that sure would help the economy.

Double Standard of Courts

It is fairly obvious to anyone of the Double Standards shown in courts across the country.

Federal Prosecutors again are headed to court to try to put Bernard Madoff behind bars for his scheme of some $50 Billion Dollars. Thus far the Judge has ordered him under house arrest in his cozy $7 Million Penthouse.

See FOX News Story

Authorities say 50-year-old Randy Pratt and 36-year-old Melissa Marie Pratt of Bloomsburg took out all the money, quit their jobs and moved to Florida.

The two were arraigned Tuesday and jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail. District Judge Donna Coombe says a public defender and a conflicts lawyer are being assigned. - FOX News Story

These must be some serious criminals to be jailed and held with $100,000 Bail. No, they are accused of theft. The bank made an error when a deposit was made for $1,772.50 and the bank logged it as 177,250.00. They took the money and moved to Florida.

I can understand that they are much more malicious than Madoff. They planned for the bank to make the error, and then they could take advantage of it. Seriously, what they did was wrong, but who is worse? Madoff set up a scheme to cheat and steal money, much much much more money.

WIAA Pulls Plug on Charity Event

A local student organization planned a basketball game to raise money for a national charity but the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association said the event is against the rules. - WISN Story

"We must have been organizing this for four or five months," West Allis Central senior Dan Rogutich said.

The senior and the basketball coaches from both schools came up with the idea. They're all involved in raising money for Invisible Children Inc., a nonprofit that helps Ugandan children in the throes of war."Our school has gotten involved and we decided to go big this year and hold one big event," Rogutich said. The students are trying to top the $5,600 they raised last year. This time around, a day of activities was planned for the Jan. 31.

The scheduled events included a Ugandan speaker, a band, wheelchair basketball and the big draw -- the co-ed basketball game, but the WIAA is pulling the plug. - WISN

So, here is a group of Students and Administrators who are trying to do something that is good for the community, school, kids, and shows a good example and the WIAA has decided to stick it's head so far up it's butt that it can't seem to find a work around that would help.

I don't understand what the hell they could be thinking. Oh my gosh if we let this happen then other kids and schools might want to do the same thing. WOW, now that would just be a travesty!

This is not the first stupid thing the WIAA has done, as a matter of fact is just another in a growing list.

Virginity Auction Hits near $4 Million

A San diego woman who is auctioning off her virginity said she has now received a bid of $3.7 million, according to a published report.

Natalie Dylan, a 22-year-old San Diego woman, said she got the idea for the auction after her sister was able to pay for her college education after prostituting herself for three weeks, according to the London Telegraph

Talk about setting yourself up for success. How many of us wish we could have gotten that kind of money at the age of 22. Life would be so much easier today. Now lets see what truly happens. If there are people out there that can pay that much for one night of sex, then they must have gotten a bailout from the US Government.

Obama Treasury Pick Runs into Trouble

President-elect Barack Obama's nominee for Treasury Secretary, Timothy Geithner, failed to pay Social Security and Medicare taxes for himself for four years and employed a housekeeper whose immigration documentation lapsed while in his employ. - FOX News

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told reporters after the revelations that he still believes Geithner is "extremely well-qualified" for the post. - FOX News

Are you serious? The person that they want to head the Treasury failed to pay taxes yet he is still qualified for the position. I guess with that way of thinking a sex offender is still extremely qualified to run a day care as well.

How come it is a common mistake and lets look away when some high powered politician makes a mistake, but if I mistakenly don't pay a portion of my taxes, then holy crap here they come with the legal team. This guy is in charge of handling the economics of the country and he can't even handle his own income.

Mother Who Tried For Cheerleading Committed

A woman who enrolled at Ashwaubenon High School and tried out for cheerleading while using her daughter's name has been committed to a mental health facility for three years. - WISN Story

OK seriously, this woman is 34 years old and is impersonating a 15 year old and nobody notices.

She must be a wiz with makeup, there is no way I would think that this woman is 15 years old.

Obama Threatens Veto if He Doesn't Get Money

"I understand that the president-elect wants to move forward ... but I'm not going to be pushed into quick judgment on this, given all the circumstances," said Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Nebraska. "People back home generally didn't want the first go-round and I'm not going to jump out in front of a train on the second one."

Nelson had voted for the first TARP funding.

Republicans and Democrats have said they were upset by how the Treasury Department spent the first allotment of $350 billion.

Those voicing concerns said they don't feel like there was enough accounting for where the money went. Some Democrats also said homeowners facing foreclosure aren't getting enough help.

Obama made clear that he doesn't want to issue a veto as one of his first actions in office, but he insisted that he has no choice, the senators said. - CNN Story

Of course he has a choice. Go to the American People and explain your plan for the money. Tell us what you want to do and how it is going to be accounted for. The problem is we keeping throwing money at the problem with no results except paying huge salaries and allowing these companies to continue on with business as usual.

Obama set to Close Gitmo

President-elect Barack Obama is preparing to issue an executive order his first week in office — and perhaps his first day — to close the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, according to two presidential transition team advisers.

It's unlikely the detention facility at the Navy base in Cuba will be closed anytime soon. In an interview last weekend, Obama said it would be "a challenge" to close it even within the first 100 days of his administration. - NBC News Story

The big challenge is going to be - what do you do with all of the terrorist that are being held there? Do you bring them onto American Soil and put them in one of our prisons? Doing so would definitely increase the Security Risk right here at home.

Debating an Idiot

Seriously, in what freakin world is it ok to 1)bomb a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, 2)Willfully mislead Americans and the “War on terror” i.e., war in Iraq, 3)Create false intel and have Powell speak lies?

This is incompetence on a grand scale. And don’t freakin call me “lib” blah blah blah. I voted for McCain…because uhbama is no American. But I also voted for Bill Clinton. Anyone compared BILL’S signing statements with George Bush’s? I guess not, because you’d see and respect Bill for his protection of American civil rights, and be disgusted with Bush’s anti-American actions.

I came across this guys post today and thought that it might be fun to discuss this stupidity.

That was Tom from Georgia to a post about President Bush. Lets not get into the great grammar that he uses. Lets talk about some of the great points that he made and compare his Idol Bill Clinton to Bush on some as well.

1)bomb a country that had nothing to do with 9/11? Well, lets see if we can answer that question. Pretty much any Country that has gone to war. I am pretty sure that most wars fought around the world had nothing to do with 9/11. But just to clear some things up for poor old Tom, Iraq wasn't all about 9/11. It was about a Dictator who killed his own people, demonstrated the use of Chemical weapons, and was a suspected supporter of Terrorist. By the way Bill Clinton Bombed Iraq in 1998. CNN

2)Willfully mislead Americans and the “War on terror” i.e., war in Iraq? hmmmm. Ok, how did he mislead the Americans? Was it becuase of the Weapons of Mass Destruction? Below are all excerts of Bill Clinton when he was explaining his use of Military action against Iraq in 1998.

"Saddam Hussein must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors or the world with nuclear arms, poison gas or biological weapons."

"They are highly professional experts from dozens of countries. Their job is to oversee the elimination of Iraq's capability to retain, create and use weapons of mass destruction, and to verify that Iraq does not attempt to rebuild that capability."

"The international community had little doubt then, and I have no doubt today, that left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will use these terrible weapons again"

3)Create false intel and have Powell speak lies? See Above

It is simply amazing at the idiocy of some people when they think that they are making a valid argument. They first should attempt to get some facts to support their position before they talk. Although I do not agree with everything that President Bush did, nor any other President for that matter, you have to look at the bigger picture.

Sex Offender Wins Raffle

Ahsoak says he plans to use the money to buy a home and to improve his life. He tells KTUU-TV he will donate $100,000 to STAR.

Alec Ahsoak of Anchorage, 53, won a $500,000 raffle. Alaska state law requires all games of chance to benefit a charity. This charity was for STAR, Standing Together Against Rape.

The crazy thing is, the state sex offender registry has Ahsoak registered for two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in 1993 and one count in 2000.

Ahsoak says he plans to spend the money on a new home and to help improve his life, he also says that he will donate $100,000 to the charity STAR.

Police Union going after Donald Driver's Father

Police union officials want an investigation of Green Bay Packers receiver Donald Driver's father, alleging he lied about a police beating and being forced to swallow cocaine.

The Houston Police Officers' Union sent a letter to Harris County District Attorney Pat Pykos on Friday requesting a perjury investigation of Marvin Driver Jr. after an internal investigation cleared three officers of wrongdoing in the elder Driver's arrest.

Union attorney Aaron Suder told The Associated Press on Saturday that the union is pursuing the case in part because the publicity it received. - WTMJ Story

I believe that there should be further investigation, and if he lied then he should be prosecuted. It is too easy for someone to lie and tarnish the reputation of others and then have nothing done to them when the truth comes out. If we show people that it only gets worse when you lie, then maybe some of this will stop.

Coyote's running Milwaukee's South Side

Milwaukee residents say they are being stalked by coyotes on the city's south side.

Joan Stirdivant says she was walking her small dog, Teddy, when a coyote sneaked up behind them. Stirdivant says she screamed for help but could not get away. She walks with a cane.

Finally, a bicyclist came by and helped chase off the coyote. But Stirdivant says the animal later reappeared and tried to keep her and her dog from entering her condo. - WTMJ Story
