I don't often agree with Rush Limbaugh and quite often think that he is way over the top. However I do agree with him on this, it is time to impeach Obama.
It seems that I keep hearing this come up more and more. How many laws and underhanded things does he have to do before we act? Let's face it, Nixon did far less than Obama has done and he lost his job. So why are we standing by and watching this happen?
Regardless of whether you are Democrat or Republican anyone with half a brain can see the happenings in Benghazi, the VA, IRS, Recess Appointments, DOJ and the list goes on and on. Even in some of the cases aren't criminal, the cover up is. The lying. The destruction of evidence.
This Administration is the laughing stock of the world and we just sit around and do nothing while the idiots in the Senate put politics over the Country.

USA Moves to Round of 16 in World Cup
The USA had some very good scoring chances at the end of the game to tie up Germany in the end of pool play in the World Cup but just couldn't get it done. However the still will move on to the next round after their win against Ghana and their tie with Portugal.

Attorney for Special Prosecutor in John Doe - Walker not Target

New York High Court Throws Out Big Soda Ban
The New York High Court has agreed with a lower court that the City overstepped its bounds in restricting the size of sodas.
So it would appear that Michael Bloomberg's attack on the Big Soda was all in vein. The Courts have spoken and it appears the big soda is not going anywhere soon.

Democrats Using John Doe Probe in Ads
It is amazing what people will do to get elected. Democratic Candidate for Governor Mary Burke is using the John Doe investigation in ads claiming Walker was investigated for Criminal Activity. Even though multiple Judges have ruled that there was no indication that any laws were broken and that the Democratic Prosecutor had in fact over reached.
This type of politics lets you know exactly what type of person is running. I am sure that this will help the extreme left in getting their base out to vote, but will do very little to bring out the independents or more moderate Democrats.

House of Representatives to File Suit against Obama
There is growing momentum in the House of Representatives to file suit against Obama for his executive actions in bypassing Congress. The suit will call into question Obama's authority to change the laws as he did in the Health Care Law without Congressional Approval, Obama's picking and choosing of what laws to enforce and not to enforce and his utilizing Executive Authority in changing regulations.
Obama has broken the law on many occasions and has seemed to brag and boast that if congress won't do it then he will with his pen and phone.
Now if the House of Representatives goes forward with this lawsuit, maybe finally he will be reigned in.

Obama Broke the Law with Recess Appointments
The Supreme Court has voted Unanimously that President Obama exceeded his powers in Recess Appointments.
They threw out his argument that he can decide when the Senate or House is in recess. That will now call into questions all the decisions that were made by the illegally appointed people.
Finally, and by unanimous decision, Obama is getting reigned back in by our court system. Hopefully this is only the beginning of many court cases to overturn the illegal activity of this administration

Milwaukee Prepares for Big Gig Opening
It is that time again. The Big Gig is set to open its gates and let the festivities begin.
After the weather did not cooperate with the air and water show on the lakefront, cancelling the air show completely due to fog, the city is ready to get this festival going.
Every year the Big Gig gets a little bigger and this year is no exception. With a great list of bands as well as food and beverage it is time to let the party begin.
I usually attend only one day of the festival and try to be out of there before 6-7pm when all the big crowds get there. Although last year was an exception as I attended 4 days and even stayed to watch a couple of the headliners. I must say it is one of, if not the best festivals in the world.

Wall Street Journal Best Read for Politics in Wisconsin?
Isn't it amazing that the Wall Street Journal is the best read for people in Wisconsin who want to get the news about politics in Wisconsin?
It is consistently giving people in Wisconsin the non biased version of the facts in Wisconsin Politics. The Madison Papers have always been biased and very one sided and as of the last several years the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has become the same. Everything is tilted to lead the readers from the local papers in the direction the paper feels they should go.
Whatever happened to just reporting the facts and let the readers come to their own conclusions?

Regardless of what party you side with the facts are simply the facts. Two Judges!!!! A State Judge and a Federal Judge have both tossed out the case and stopped the investigation noting that they prosecutors were wrong in their translation of the law. Both Judges determined that there were no laws broken and in fact the prosecutors and Investigators had overreached.
It is pretty sad that the media no longer reports the facts, but has to try and sway the opinions of it's readers and viewers.

President Obama doesn't seem to be the man in charge at the White House.
It has been multiple times now that a major scandal has broken out about something in the Government and he claims to have found out when we did hearing about it on the news, was not aware of it, etc.
Lets look at the Major Issues that we know about under Pres. Obama.
- IRS Targeting Scandal - President claimed he first learned of it from a news broadcast.
- NSA Spying - Obama claimed to have no knowledge that we were spying on foreign leaders
- DOJ Subpoena AP Records - Obama claimed to hear about it again in the news
- Fast and Furious - Obama claimed to hear about it in the media
- Healtcare.gov Website Failure - Was not aware until after the fact that it was a major problem
- VA Waiting Lists - Obama Claims they were made aware through media reports
Not to mention the sudden attacks by Russia in Ukraine and the Militant takeover in Iraq. Neither of which happened overnight and appeared to take Obama by complete surprise.
Obama's leadership has been severely lacking. The world and the United States are in a far worse position today than they were when Obama took office and many of these things will take many years to reverse.
