Cruz Wins Wisconsin, Bernie Sanders is Big Story

Ted Cruz may have won the Republican Primary in Wisconsin, but he still failed to even get 50% of the Republican vote.  The Republican establishment and it's so called talking heads could really be setting up the end of the Republican Party.  With the "Never Trump" crowd out there and hoping for a contested Convention this very well could be a recipe for disaster for the GOP.  If Trump goes into the Convention with the Delegate lead and they choose to nominate someone else, they very well could lose all those votes and hand the General Election to the Democrats.  Trump could also run as an independent and that would also spell disaster for the GOP.  He would have every right and I think many would support it.  Also if Cruz goes in with the delegate lead you could also see a scenario where they still don't nominate him either.  The GOP is really in a lot of trouble here.

The bigger news is the win by Bernie Sanders.  Sanders not only won, he trounced Clinton 56% to 43%.  The same thing could apply to the Democrats if Sanders continues to win states and Clinton becomes the Nominee.  Will all of these Sanders supporters turn on a dime and support Clinton?

Election Time in Wisconsin

I love Politics.  I mean I really love them.  I get excited every year around election time.  However this year, I have been so frustrated.

I am so sick of listening to so called talking heads for the "Conservative Movement" telling everyone who they should and shouldn't vote for.  I am not a supporter of any particular candidate, but I most certainly won't rip a fellow Conservative for voting for someone other than the candidate I like.  I think all these people are doing is alienating those voters and making it much harder for the GOP to win in November.

I have tuned out these talking heads after listening to them for 10 years, I am so turned off by their bias and the way they are talking down to people.  It is ridiculous and what is wrong with the GOP today.  Let the voters decide who the candidate should be and then support them.  I laugh at the people who say I will never support your candidate if they win the nomination.  Well, what do you think the response from the other side will be?  Yep, they won't support your candidate either.  So now the party is completely split and the GOP won't win.

Tomorrow will be interesting.
