Obama followed through with signing the order to close the Gitmo detention facility. He says he is taking the high moral road. His supporters are backing him completely, but will they keep his back as the criticism grows?
Closing Gitmo is going to create quite a web of issues for the new President, and although all of Democrat friends are in full support of it right now, how long will that support last? It is easy to look at things from afar and think you are doing the right thing, but you need to dig deeper before you make a drastic move like this.
Critics are coming at the President from all sides and as this lingers on for the next 12 months you can expect the rumble to become a roar and test the President.
