Obama's Numbers Dropping Fast

Obama took office with some very high polling numbers. Some of the highest in history. Those numbers are dropping off and dropping off fast. Depending on what polls you look at (as we know they vary greatly) he has dropped some 10-15 points in one week.

I think this Stimulus package will remain a big hit on him. As more information of what all is included in the package, people are understanding. This is not a Stimulus package, but a spending bill. They know that the National Debt is skyrocketing and senseless spending is happening in the name of stimulating the economy.

Other things that are putting a hit on him, is the fiasco over Gitmo. It is one thing to change the way things are done there, but a totally different thing to close it down without a plan in place. 9/11 touched many people, and many people are waiting for justice to be served on those involved. In one motion of his pen Obama stopped Justice in it's tracks. There is talk of making sure that those criminals from 9/11 have the same rights as we do. If you listen to some of the noise coming from the Obama Administration, the Gitmo Detainees will be afforded more rights than you or I would have if we were arrested abroad.

If these numbers continue to drop, Obama may find himself as a puppet for the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. America voted for Change, but like I said during the election, what kind of change is yet to be seen.
