I can't quite understand how we can continue to repeatedly hear about fatal accidents that involve Drunk or Impaired Drivers, yet we can't get real action from Madison. We all make mistakes and I understand that part of the equation. We don't want to take someone who went out for dinner or an event and had a little too much to be destroyed for life, but come on, some of these people are arrested for their 4th, 5th, 6th.....even 12th and 13th DUI's.
This WISN Story may show a good start to getting something done. It is sad to see families destroyed by a driver who by all rights should not have even been out in public, should have been behind bars.
