I have to tell you, when I first read this I thought it was crazy. After researching it a little more, I think it is a pretty good idea. I don't know who came up with it, but at least their trying.WISN Story
Hopefully we will get some feedback on how things go, and get some numbers to show it's successes and/or failures.
