Germantown police say they have arrested two 17-year-old boys in connection with an incident at the Walmart on Appleton Avenue last month that sent 47 people to the hospital.
Police say the teenagers released a chemical that is consistent with pepper spray in the Walmart on January 15th. Police are recommending a felony charge of recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor disorderly conduct against the boys.
Both teenagers are from Menomonee Falls. - WTMJ
