We keep hearing how the Housing Values have dropped to their lowest levels in years. Virtually none of our houses are worth the same or more than they were 5 years ago.
Why haven't our property taxes dropped? You pay property taxes based on the value of your property, if the value has dropped, why hasn't the taxes dropped?
