NBC has been in complete self destruct mode for well over a year. They don't seem to learn from their mistakes and keep repeating them.
They released a so called lost tape of then Candidate Donald Trump and the Access Hollywood tapes. Amazingly they terminated Billy Bush rather quickly for his part on those so called lost tapes.
The revelations with Matt Lauer that by some amazing and unexplained miracle not one person in management had any clue of. Even the ones that had been informed by other colleagues about it, really knew about it.
Joy Reid thus far has avoided being fired. Not sure how, but management seems to be holding out hope that it all blows over. She made homophobic comments, then lied that she was hacked and wasn't the one who wrote those, then changed the story to she wasn't hacked, but she doesn't recall ever posting those comments. Dam those Russians probably did it.
The latest are now accusations against Tom Brokaw.
To top it all off, the people that work there are still defending many of these accusations and still claiming to know nothing.
