Referees Blow Crucial Shot Clock Violation in Bucks-Celtics Game

In a game that was a dogfight right down to the end, the Referees blew one of the easiest calls in the NBA, a Shot Clock Violation.

These refs are supposed to be the best of the best in the playoffs and they miss that?

What made it worse is that the missed call came at a critical time in the game.  With 1:16 left to go and the Bucks trailing by 5.  This would have given the ball back to the Bucks with a chance to cut the lead down to one possession.  However the shot was missed and the Celtics got the rebound.

To make matters even worse, the Referees response is that the shot clock violation wasn't review-able because it didn't go in the basket?  Are you being serious?  That is the NBA Rule?

I knew there was a reason that I hardly ever watch the NBA, however I thought with the home town Bucks making their run I would watch.

NBA showed again, just why I don't watch it.

Shame on the Refs and Shame on the NBA.
