Winter ruins start of Spring

It isn't as if this hasn't been the longest winter yet, now Mother Nature has to ruin the start of spring. After spending the last few days in the upper 30's and 40's, another Winter Storm hit us here in SE Wisconsin.

When the NWS issued it's Winter Storm Warning for us on Wednesday, it said 4-7 inches of snow. Not too bad, we can handle that without too big of an issue. The storm was due to hit around Midnight on Thursday going into Friday. Then they said it wouldn't get here until Friday around 4 am. Yes they got it right. When I woke up at 7:30 Friday morning it was snowing with a vengeance. Here it is Midnight Friday night and it is still snowing, we already have 15 inches on the ground and it is still SNOWING!!!!

The TV Weather guys are thrilled to tell us all how we have now made it to #2 on the snowiest Winters all time for Milwaukee. But wait, not really, only at the airport. At the airport they have gotten some 95 inches, but in many other areas around Milwaukee, we have easily topped the 100 inches mark and continue to watch it snow.

Please Mother Nature, let us welcome in Spring and Summer!!!!
