Jimmy Kimmel Takes Shots at Immigrants and Gays

Jimmy Kimmel decided that he would use his fame and ABC TV show to take shots at Immigrants and the gay community. 

Wait, What?  Isn't Kimmel in support of the Immigrants and the LGBT Community?  Isn't he supposed to be a champion of their causes?

It would appear that he decided to not show that support when he made fun of the First Lady for her accent and then refer to another talk show host with a gay bashing post on twitter.

It never stops amazing me that how people have such blatant double standards.  They get all upset if one side does something and then when their side does the same thing they try to make like it is ok.  It is never ok.  Neither side.  Set the standard and stick to the standard.

Shame on Kimmel! 

Oregon Governor Kate Brown is Not The Smartest

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown tweeted that if the President asks for Troops for the border that she will say no.  She went on to say that she is "deeply troubled by Trump's plan to militarize our border,"

I guess she was lost in the woods when National Guard Troops were deployed to the border by Obama and Bush deployed the troops.  Maybe she was asleep when Bill Clinton did it.  I am sure it was concerning when Reagan did it.

Just amazes me how all of a sudden these Governors become all concerned.  Something that has been done by every President since and including Ronald Reagan has now become a concern by this Governor. 

You just can't fix Stupid.

Gun Laws Will Stop Mass Shootings? What Laws?

California is once again the proving ground for America.  As a state with some of the toughest gun laws, they are also the state with the most incidents of Mass Shootings.  According to the FBI, for an incident to be defined as a mass shooting, there has to be four or more people killed in a single incident not including the shooter.

According to a JSONLINE report in 2012 California led the way by a wide margin.  From 1976-2010 California had 85 incidents, Texas was second with 61 followed closely by another Strict Gun state of New York with 57.  See Article Click Here

LA Times:

San Francisco, CA - A UPS driver kills three coworkers and then himself at their San Francisco package facility using a stolen assault-style pistol, according to police. Police said 38-year-old Jimmy Lam began shooting at an employee meeting and targeted specific coworkers.

San Bernadino, CA - Two assailants killed 14 people and wounded 22 others in a shooting at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino. The two attackers, who were married, were killed in a gun battle with police. They were U.S.-born Syed Rizwan Farook and Pakistan national Tashfeen Malik, and had an arsenal of ammunition and pipe bombs in their Redlands home.

Isla Vista, CA - Elliot Rodger, 22, meticulously planned his deadly attack on the Isla Vista community for more than a year, spending thousands of dollars in order to arm and train himself to kill as many people as possible, according to a report released by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office. Rodger killed six people before shooting himself.

Santa Monica, CA -  John Zawahri, an unemployed 23-year-old, kills five people in an attack that starts at his father’s home and ends at Santa Monica College, where he is fatally shot by police in the school’s library.

Oakland, CA - One L. Goh, 43, a former student at a Oikos University, a small Christian college, allegedly opens fire in the middle of a classroom leaving seven people dead and three wounded.
Goh was charged with seven counts of murder with special circumstances and three counts of attempted murder. In a jailhouse interview with a San Francisco TV station shortly after the shooting, Goh said he was “deeply sorry” for his actions.

Seal Beach, CA - Scott Dekraai, 41, apparently enraged over a custody dispute, allegedly walks into a crowded Seal Beach hair salon where his former wife works and opens fire. Eight people are killed, including a man sitting in a truck outside the salon. Another person is critically wounded. Dekraai has pleaded not guilty in the case.

Goleta, CA - Jennifer San Marco, a former U.S. Postal Service employee, shot and killed six people at a mail processing plant in Goleta, Calif., on Jan. 30, 2006, before taking her own life.

San Francisco, CA - Gian Luigi Ferri, 55, kills eight people in an office building in San Francisco’s financial district. His rampage begins in the 34th-floor offices of Pettit & Martin, an international law firm, and ends in a stairwell between the 29th and 30th floors where he encounters police and shoots himself.

Olivehurst, CA - Eric Houston, a 20-year-old unemployed computer assembler, invades Lindhurst High School and opens fire, killing his former teacher Robert Brens and three students and wounding 10 others. He holds 85 students hostage for 8 1/2 hours before giving himself up.
Houston was convicted in July 1993 on four counts of murder. He is currently on death row at San Quentin State Prison.

Stockton, CA -  Patrick Edward Purdy turns a powerful assault rifle on a crowded school playground, killing five children and wounding 29 more. Purdy, who also killed himself, had been a student at the school from kindergarten through third grade.
Police officials described Purdy as a troubled drifter in his mid-20s with a history of relatively minor brushes with the law. The midday attack lasted only minutes.

San Ysidro, CA -  James Oliver Huberty, a 41-year-old out-of-work security guard, kills 21 employees and customers at a McDonald’s restaurant. Huberty is fatally shot by a police sniper perched on the roof of a nearby post office.

I agree that there are some common sense laws that we need to look at and there are things that can be done.  However this major uproar about gun control is just noise and not going to solve the problem.  If gun control alone were the answer then California would have shown that decrease.

Both sides of this argument need to get off their soap boxes and quit thinking they are the only ones who are right.  It is going to take everyone working together and using common sense to solve this issue.

California Living the Nightmare they Created

California has been the leader in going as far left as you can go.  They wanted to show the Country how it should be done and how it works.  The Governor and Legislature has signed bill after bill after bill leading the way into "progressive" thinking.  The rest of the country was falling behind and they were going to show us all how it is done.

Today things are falling apart in California.  It has become a state of Illegals, Tent Cities and drugs are rampant.  Homeless people are everywhere and the cities are struggling to find homes for them.  They want to move them but are being met by the court systems and the citizens who don't want them in their backyard. 

Cities are also fed up with the illegal's who are criminals.  They are fighting back against the state and it's Sanctuary Status.  They want to work with the Federal Government to take the criminal element off the streets.  The state wants to protect them and allow them to roam the streets, just so they can show the Federal Government and President Trump. 

There has been story after story of parts of some of California's most beautiful cities becoming wastelands of needles and human feces.  Whole areas that have become eyesores to the tourists and headaches for the locals.

Several lawmakers have even said that some of the bills they have passed probably don't really make sense, yet they passed them anyway.  Why, because the big old State Government knows way better than anyone how things should be.

Lots of Uproar about Stormy Daniels, Why?

There seems to be this fevered pitch about a possible affair between President Trump and Stormy Daniels.  I am still trying to figure out what all the news coverage is about.

Even if it is true, which Trump has denied, it happened 12 years ago when he wasn't President.  It also isn't close to the first time a man had an affair on his wife.  Heck we even know of President's who had affairs while they were President.  We know of Governors that have had affairs while Governors.  What is it that predicates so much news time?

You know it is sad when some of the Democrats biggest voices are staying out of this whole thing. 

It is just another in a long list of things that seem to only matter when it is one side of the political aisle versus the other. 

Will the Democrats ever Admit they are Wrong about Trump?

Trump is not a Politician.  That is very clear and for everyone who doesn't like his style, can you admit that he is getting things done?

I don't think I have met or know anyone who really likes Trump, but many can admit that he is getting things done at a record pace.

Since Trump took office you can't deny the growth of the economy.  The quick drop in unemployment, the growth of the Stock Market, the quick work on ISIS, putting Syria in Check, Rebooted the Manufacturing Industry, changed the narrative on Law Enforcement, quickly rebuilding the military and many much smaller ones.

Manufacturing growth has been at levels unseen for many many years.  His elimination of job and industry killing regulations is seen as the biggest move to grow this sector.

Tariffs will be the next conversation.  Some see this as a bad idea and an economy killer.  However everyone should know by now that Trump has a plan and we need to see it play out.  He is absolutely correct when he says that the United States has been treated unfairly in these trade deals and he is working diligently to even the playing field.

North Korea was and may still be on the fast track to Nuclear Weapons.  Trump was chastised for his rhetoric and sanctions against them.  His push against China to help rain them in.  However it has now brought the North Korean leader to the bargaining table and has created a dialog between North and South Korea unseen for several Administrations.

Ending of DACA.  Yes the Liberal courts have put the ending of DACA on hold, but everyone with a brain knows that as it works it's way through the court system it eventually will be ended if Congress doesn't do something before then.  Daca was an Executive Order by then President Obama and thus can be overturned by President Trump. 

Securing of the Borders.  Trump hasn't even built the wall yet, but he has increased the Border Patrol and given the power back to the agency to take the steps necessary to stem the tide of illegals crossing the border.  Just his rhetoric and promise to secure the border has slowed the illegal crossings.

The Democrats and their activists have been pushing for a higher minimum wage for workers.  Their position was to force the $15 wage down the throats of all businesses, even though business said that they wouldn't be profitable or would have to cut staff if it passed.  President Trump used tax relief to get this done.  He wanted to make businesses more profitable and competitive.  That freed up the capital for many to give bonuses and raise their workers pay without the Government mandating it. 

Trump is on a roll even in the face of the Special Counsels witch hunt to find something that the Dems can hold over the Presidents' tenure.  Starting out as Russian Collusion and thus far only tax and lying charges against some members of Trump's team.  Lying to the FBI just became a crime since Trump took office as most people are aware, Clinton's team lied repeatedly and never was charged. 

Love him or hate him, Trump is definitely getting things done.

Dem Representatives Silent on Racism

Several Democratic Lawmakers have been called on to resign after the have chosen to keep silent after video of Farrakhan on a racist rant against Jews. 

The Democrats have ties to and support Farrakhan, but thus far have chosen to be silent.  The normally front and center Maxine Waters of California usually has absolutely no problem attacking the President and the Republicans claiming racism and white supremacy.  But has chosen to keep quiet on this.

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has answered those who denounced as anti-Semitic his recent "Jews are my enemy" quote with another broadside, this time tweeting a video clip where he says "The Jews have control over those areas of government" - in referring to the FBI.

The clip featuring the latest remark was posted to Farrakhan's official Twitter account on March 7, well after the controversy erupted over the remarks made earlier, at a Chicago event on Feb. 25. Those comments brought new attention to Farrakhan's links with seven members of the Congressional Black Congress, as well as to Women's March co-president Tamika Mallory, who attended the Farrakhan event, and posted a photo of herself with Farrakhan on her Instagram feed after the speech. 

The members called on to resign were the subject of a story in The Daily Caller, which reported a review of videos, photographs and other documents revealed the lawmakers have had ties to Farrakhan. They are Reps. Keith Ellison of Minnesota, Maxine Waters of California, Danny Davis of Illinois, Al Green of Texas, Barbara Lee of California, Andre Carson of Indiana, and Gregory Meeks of New York.

Maxine Waters has always been way out of the norm and really is only a leader of the voices in her head.  Most rational people consider her so far out that they completely ignore her comments.  But if your going to stand for something you probably should stand for it all the time and not only when it suits you.

California a Sign of Liberal Policies

Democrats have pretty much used California as their proving grounds for their policies.  Sanctuary Cities and now a Sanctuary State.  They own the Government and they own the Courts.  They own the policies that they want to push for the whole Country. 

California is the Democrats case for what they want for America.  We only need to take a glance, not even a deep dive, at what is California to see if we want that for the Country.

The once beautiful Cities of California are becoming havens for the Homeless, Criminals, Drug Use, Illegals and bathrooms.

Story after story is coming out of California about how the streets of these once beautiful cities are littered with trash, needles and human feces.  Homeless cities popping up throughout the state.  In one story in L.A. they had to fight the ACLU to clean up a homeless camp of around 700 people.  They had to contract workers in hazmat gear to clean it up.  According to a Washington Times story they cleaned up over 200 tons of trash, over 1,000 pounds of human waste and some 5,000 needles from the camp.  San Francisco spends some $30 million trying to keep their city streets clean of those same items.

The Government of California has made most Drug offenses only misdemeanors and don't require treatment.  The stories talk about how Police have discontinued even making arrests for these offenses anymore. 

The Sanctuary Laws passed now make it almost impossible for the Federal Immigration Laws to be policed.  Local Leaders warn of pending raids and assist in helping their Illegal population avoid Federal Authorities.  Even though most of the raids and apprehensions involve Illegal's with Criminal histories for things as deadly as Murder, Assault, Rape and Armed Robbery. 

This is the America that they want for us all.  If you don't want that America then you are a racist.

I personally have no problem with Immigrants.  I think we need to revamp the Immigration system and we also need to come up with a plan to bring people in Legally and the right way.  I also think that we need to help the homeless and less fortunate.  We need to come up with a long term plan that will solve these issues and quit doing the short term relief of just throwing quick money at it and find out a year later it is no better or even worse. 

WIAA Has Lost It's Mind

Not a new problem in the Wisconsin High School Athletics, but apparently a problem that the WIAA is unwilling to fix.

As WISN 12 reports, Washington High School is headed to the state tournament in Basketball.  Their star player will be there as well, on the court, competing for the state title. 

Why is that headline making.  You see, Deontay Long is their star player and he has pled guilty to felony armed robbery.  He is awaiting his sentencing later this month.  A convicted felon can play High School sports without consequences?  Yet be careful of the tobacco, drug or alcohol using players.  That's right, if you get caught smoking you can't play.  If you are at a party and get caught you can't play.  If you get caught with drugs you can't play.  But.....If you get caught holding a gun up to an 80-year-old woman and steal a car, go ahead and play.  Is the WIAA Serious?

The WIAA says that there is nothing that addresses this in their code of conduct.  Well who is at fault here?  The WIAA is!  This isn't the first time and they can and should have addressed it already.

WISN 12 also reports:

In 2014, Mukwonago's Dominic Cizauskas played in the state basketball tournament at the same time police investigated him for sexual assault.

Two years later, Lake Geneva's Blake Dodd continued playing after police charged him with sexual exploitation of a child.

So at least since 2014 they knew this could happen and never addressed it.  You can't keep using the same excuse.   With all the talk about the school violence and how we should be addressing it, this seems pretty clear of a red flag that isn't being addressed.  A student, with a history of using a gun to commit crimes and low and behold, still in school and participating in sports. 

Just amazes me! 

WISN 12:

The head of the WIAA, Dave Anderson, told WISN 12 News it's discussed including crime in its conduct code, but he "heard no arguments that needs to happen."

When asked, "Do you have any concerns that needs to happen?"

"Good luck with your story," Anderson said. 

This player and student, robbed 2 people and carjacked someone using a gun with his friends, he sat a suspension and apologized so all is good.  Unbelievable.  My guess is he won't get much of a sentence from the courts either.  Ask me again why we have a crime problem.
