Does it really matter what Country was behind it? They made demands and we folded like a cheap suit.
The sad part is that we have no plan to deal with the next one. The Senate tried to star working on building our Cyber Defenses, but the Almighty Leader, Harry Reed shut it down. Another item he wouldn't allow to go to vote.
Here we are the oh so powerful, land of the free, and we are being told what to do in our own Country.
