Autopsy Report Contradicts Witnesses in Ferguson

The reports that we are finding out now from the Autopsy reports don't support the Witnesses claims that Michael Brown was running away or had his hands up.  So how will all this play out?

FOX News Story:

Michael Brown, the 18-year-old black man whose fatal shooting by a white police officer in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson in August touched off weeks of racially-charged rioting, had marijuana in his system, was initially shot at close range and does not appear to have been killed while running away, according to experts who reviewed the official autopsy and toxicology report.

The documents, obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and analyzed by two experts not directly involved in the case, appears to contradict witness accounts that claimed Brown was running away from Police Officer Darren Wilson, 28, when he was killed on Aug. 9. The new information comes on the heels of reports that Wilson told authorities Brown had reached inside Wilson’s police SUV and struggled for his gun, resulting in Wilson firing twice, hitting Brown once in the hand. Moments later and outside of the vehicle, Wilson fired the fatal bullets that sparked a national controversy.

The newspaper had St. Louis medical examiner Dr. Michael Graham, who is not part of the official investigation, review the autopsy report, and he determined that it “does support that there was a significant altercation at the car” including a shot that hit Brown’s right hand. Dr. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco who also reviewed the documents, concurred that the autopsy “supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun" and that it did not support claims Brown was shot while running away from Wilson, or with his hands up.

It's Working - Explanation of Wisconsin's Reforms

Chris Abele Tries Again to Help the Democrats

Chris Abele was widely reported to have been the figure behind the attack on Sheriff David Clarke in the final weeks of the Primary.  That assault failed to remove the Sheriff from office.

Now Abele is at it again.  This time he is using his position as Milwaukee County Executive to help the Burke Campaign.

Right Wisconsin:

The Associated Press reports:
Milwaukee County officials are planning to release thousands of emails prosecutors collected during the first secret investigation into Gov. Scott Walker's former aides and associates when he was county executive.

A spokesman for Chris Abele, the county's current executive, says Abele's office will make nearly 16,000 emails and attachments that prosecutors seized from county and personal computers available Tuesday.

Abele's office has already made tens of thousands of documents related to the probe public and expects to release even more material beyond Tuesday's release.

Chris Abele and his wife are both $10,000 donors to Democratic candidate for governor Mary Burke. In addition, Abele's campaign donated $43,000 to Burke bring his total donations to $63,000.

Chris Abele is also a known bankroller of the Greater Wisconsin Committee, a left-wing group that is running millions of dollars in negative ads against Gov. Scott Walker.

Amazingly at the same time that all of this information is being released, Burke comes out with a new AD against Walker touting the John Doe investigation.  Hmmmm.  Isn't that Colluding?  Isn't that what Milwaukee DA John Chisholm was accusing the Walker Administration of?

Mary Burke Making up Stuff to Win

Mary Burke and her Campaign continue to push the "Dead Last" comments on jobs in Wisconsin.  Maybe she should catch up to the times.

Right Wisconsin:

Why would Mary Burke want to ignore the job numbers in 2014? Because Wisconsin is showing acceleration.

PolitiFact notes that according to the most recent year-over-year QCEW numbers for March 2013 to March 2014, Wisconsin ranks better than two Midwestern states.

But in the most recent year-over-year figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics counting job growth from August 2013 to August 2014, Wisconsin is second in the Midwest in job growth.

Indiana - 58,100
Wisconsin - 45,500
Minnesota - 44,600
Illinois - 40,600
Michigan - 30,500
North Dakota - 19,700
Ohio - 18,200
Iowa - 18,000
Nebraska - 6,200
South Dakota - 3,100

And in the most recent preliminary estimates from the Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Wisconsin added another 8,400 jobs September 2014 and the unemployment rate fell to 5.5% - the lowest rate since October 2008.

According to figures from the Department of Workforce Development, Wisconsin has created approximately 124,000 total jobs since December 2010.

Despite a False claim from PolitiFact and new jobs numbers that show accelerated job growth, Mary Burke continues to use the "Dead Last" claim in her ads and even used it in her closing statement at last Friday's debate.

Wisconsin Not as Bad as Burke Wants you to think

Over the last week or two Wisconsin has gotten a lot of really good news.  However you would never know it if you listen to the Burke Campaign and her allies.

Star Tribune:

MADISON, Wis. — The last jobs report before the Nov. 4 election contains a double-dose of good news for Gov. Scott Walker.

The state Department of Workforce Development reported Thursday that Wisconsin's unemployment rate dropped to 5.5 percent in September and 8,400 private-sector jobs were added.

The unemployment rate is the lowest since the recession in October 2008. It remains below the national rate of 5.9 percent.

WDIO.com

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - The Wisconsin state budget ended the last fiscal year with a $517 million surplus.

The Burke Campaign and her allies keep pointing at the projected Budget Shortfalls.  However they don't tell you that those projections are only if the Governor and Legislators don't adjust budgets and/or revenues don't increase.

Walker has shown a track record of making the necessary changes to keep the budget in line and out of deficits.

Love him or hate him, he has stopped the bleeding of money here.

Anuual Fiscal Report Shows Wisconsin in Good Shape

Key Highlights of Wisconsin Fiscally.  Not exactly what Burke is selling.

Right Wisconsin:

  • Wisconsin ended the fiscal year with over a half billion cash on hand.  That is the second largest cash balance Wisconsin has had in the 21st century, second only to last year’s fiscal year.
  • The rainy day fund, since Doyle’s last day in office, has increased 16,500%.
  • Even with our tax cuts, we have had the largest two years of tax collections in Wisconsin history.  Remarkable how that works, Republicans cut taxes, and we realize more tax receipts than previous Democratic administrations armed with higher taxes.
  • Tax receipts are down slightly from last year, but the reason for that decrease highlights a core conservative philosophy.
  • Withholding tables were adjusted, which reflects the fact conservatives believe you shouldn’t be granting the state an interest free loan, it’s your money.
  • Withholding tables were adjusted downward last spring by ten percent to let you keep more of your cash, yet the amount of cash collected from the previous year was only down by 6%, because of growth in the number of Wisconsin residents employed and higher wages for existing workers.
Also in direct opposition to what the Burke and her Allies Ads are saying

Right Wisconsin:

  • Statewide school fund balances rose 32% from 2009 to 2013.
  • In 2009, schools collectively had a fund balance of $1. 6 billion and in 2013 the total fund balance increased to $2.1 billion.
Additional spending on education is not a measure of success, higher graduation rates and ACT scores are.
  • ACT scores have increased since 2010.
  • The last year Democrats were in charge, the high school graduate rate was 85.7%.  In 2013, after three years of Republican control, and Act 10, the state graduation rate increased by 2.3% to 88%.
  • Measurable progress was made in closing the gap between minority graduation rates and the rest of the state.  In 2010, the African American gradate rate was 60.5% and in 2013improved to 64.8%.  In 2010, the Hispanic graduation rate was 69% and in 2013 improved to 74%

Obama's White House Lied and Covered up Prior to Election

Lately information has surfaced concerning the Secret Service scandal in South America.

There has been many reports that what the White House told the American People was not the truth.  In fact now there is even more evidence that not only did they lie, they tried to cover up the truth and alter the findings, and they wanted the whole thing to be held until after the election.

CNN Story:

David Nieland, the lead investigator for the Department of Homeland Security who was tasked to look into all this, told Senate staffers that he was told to delay the final report of the investigation "until after the 2012 election." Nieland also said that, during the investigation itself, his superiors told him "to withhold and alter certain information in the report of the investigation because it was potentially embarrassing to the administration." White House spokesman Eric Schultz insisted, "Of course there was no White House interference with an IG (inspector general) investigation."

The picture seems to be coming into focus. What happened in Colombia showed bad judgment by Secret Service agents. If the allegations against Dach are true — and we can't be sure -- then his judgment was just as poor. And yet, despite the hijinks in Cartagena, it seems what happened next in Washington, on the part of White House officials, was the real dereliction of duty. Once again, the cover-up may have been worse than the crime.

These are serious accusations.  It would appear from the reports, that the Obama Administration didn't want the public to be informed before it voted.  The Administration used it's power to coverup, alter and delay the report to help Obama get re-elected.

How in the world does anyone find this to be OK?  This is not a Democrat vs Republican issue.

The fact that the White House was evidently aware that a White House aide was involved and yet they continued to come out and lie to us that no one from the White House was involved.

Now it also comes out that  Kathryn Ruemmler is on the short list to replace Holder as the Attorney General was involved in the whole thing.

CNN

According to the Post, government documents and interviews reveal that senior White House aides — including Kathryn Ruemmler, who was then serving as White House counsel — were given information by the Secret Service at the time suggesting that the scandal extended to a member of the advance team who was in Cartagena at the behest of the White House.

Jonathan Dach, then a 25-year-old law student at Yale University, was a volunteer with the White House travel office who helped coordinate drivers on the trip. He was paid a per diem, not a salary, and reimbursed for expenses. Still, according to the story, travel volunteers are often reminded that their conduct reflects on the President and first lady.

The allegation was that Dach's conduct in Colombia left something to be desired. Despite the young man's insistence, through his attorney, that he didn't engage the services of a prostitute or invite anyone to his hotel room, the information that the Secret Service shared with the White House at the time suggested that Dach had registered a prostitute as an overnight guest.

That's a serious allegation that should have been thoroughly investigated. But was it? The Secret Service shared its findings twice in the weeks after the scandal with top White House officials, including Ruemmler. Each time, the White House counsel and other White House aides conducted an interview with Dach and concluded that he had done nothing wrong.

Those who support the Secret Service agents insist the White House should have dug deeper.

In the end, nothing happened to Dach, whose father, it turns out, is a prominent and generous donor to the Democratic Party.

So, There Were Chemical Weapons in Iraq?

FOX News is reporting that there in fact was Chemical Weapons found in Iraq.

FOX News:

American troops were exposed to chemical weapons multiple times in the years following the 2003 invasion of Iraq, while the Pentagon kept their discoveries of the expired or degraded weapons secret from investigators, fellow soldiers, and military doctors, according to a published report.

The New York Times reported late Tuesday that American troops reported finding approximately 5,000 chemical warheads, shells, or aviation bombs in the years following the 2003 invasion of Iraq. On at least six occasions, soldiers were wounded by those weapons, which had been manufactured before 1991. In all, the paper reported that 17 U.S. soldiers and seven Iraqi police officers were exposed to chemical agents during the war. The U.S. government said its number was slightly higher, but did not release a specific figure.

This begs for many questions to be answered.

Why was this covered up?

If they actually found Chemical Weapons, why would they hide that information?  Isn't that what we were told, that there were Chemical Weapons?

Now to make matters much worse.  Some of those weapons remained and may have fallen into ISIS hands.

The Times reported that most of the agents were discovered around the Muthanna State Establishment northwest of Baghdad, which had been a center of chemical weapons production in the 1980s. The complex has been held by Islamic State militants since June. The Iraqi government told the United Nations that approximately 2,500 chemical rockets remained on the grounds of the facility when it had fallen to the militants.

Behind the Scenes Apparent Chronyism Saves AG Candidate Happ

A complaint filed against the Democratic Candidate for AG of Wisconsin Susan Happ has been dismissed after 35 days.

35 days?

On October 5th the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ran a piece talking about the backlog of cases in the Office of Lawyer Regulation.

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

"The average agency investigation of a Wisconsin lawyer takes about 400 days, and it is not unusual for cases to drag on for several years."

They also noted in the piece about cases that have been later brought by the OLR after initially deciding not to take action

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

Justice David Prosser noted in a June opinion that the agency took 13 months to complete an investigation of former Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz.

The Kratz investigation was launched after the agency initially decided to take no action against him, despite allegations that Kratz tried to start a sexual relationship with a 25-year-old victim in a domestic violence case he was prosecuting. Following a storm of criticism, the case was revived, and the court suspended Kratz's license for four months.

So here we have the OLR dismissing after only 35 days?  Sounds a little fishy to me.  Doesn't sound like they did any real investigating to come to that conclusion.

On top of it, Right Wisconsin is reporting that the Investigator who signed off to dismiss the complaint signed the petition to recall Republican Governor Scott Walker.

Right Wisconsin

The Intake Investigator listed on the letter from OLR is Cathe Hahn, who appears to have signed the Scott Walker recall petition in November of 2011. Why didn't OLR take the initiative to screen off a known partisan in a case involving a Democrat running for statewide office?

AG Candidate Happ Would Defend Only Laws She Likes

It would appear based on her own words, even though she has lied before, that the Democratic AG Candidate would only push laws that she likes.

In the past few weeks Susan Happ has announced to anyone that listens to her that she would pick and choose which laws that she will follow and defend for the State of Wisconsin.

However I guess she doesn't understand that it doesn't work that way.

As the AG, it is your job to follow and defend all laws of the State of Wisconsin.  This is isn't a dictatorship.  You don't just get to pick and choose what ones you want.
